Terms of service
These terms apply to bookbay.io, operated by บริษัท แอคคอนซ์ คอเปอร์เรชั่น จำกัด ("bookbay", "we"). By using bookbay you agree to them.
1. The service
bookbay is an online booking service for businesses that sell through chat and social media. A business gets a booking page and links; its customers choose a service and time, verify their phone number and book.
2. Business accounts
- Businesses sign in with codes sent by email. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account and by the staff you add.
- Keep your shop information, prices and policies accurate. Your shop link must not mislead people or infringe anyone's rights.
3. Bookings and deposits
- A booking is an agreement between the business and its customer. bookbay is not a party to it.
- Deposits are paid directly into the business's own account. bookbay never holds, receives or transfers the money. The business confirms that a deposit arrived, and the business makes any refund.
- A booking is confirmed only when bookbay shows it as confirmed. A reported transfer, a slip, a chat message or a statement by an AI assistant does not confirm a booking.
- Customers must give accurate details and follow the business's cancellation and reschedule policy that is shown when they book.
4. AI assistants and chat channels
- bookbay publishes public shop information in forms that search engines and AI assistants can read. An assistant may prepare a booking, but the customer confirms and pays on bookbay. We do not guarantee bookings from any assistant or platform.
- A business that connects its Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business number authorises bookbay to receive and send messages for it. The business stays responsible for its conversations, must follow Meta's terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and pays any messaging fees Meta charges directly to Meta. It can disconnect at any time.
5. Fees
bookbay charges no fees today. Before any paid plan applies to your account, we will tell you the price and you can choose whether to continue. Fees charged by others, such as Meta messaging fees or bank fees, are the business's responsibility.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use bookbay for illegal goods or services, spam, impersonation, collecting data you have no right to, or attempts to disrupt or break into the service. Follow the laws that apply to you, including consumer protection, personal data and advertising rules.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep bookbay available and correct, but provide it as it is and may change or remove features. We give notice of material changes where we reasonably can.
8. Ending use
You can stop using bookbay at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.
