Data deletion

bookbay receives data from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp only when a business connects one of its accounts. You can have that data deleted in any of these ways:
- On Facebook or Instagram: remove bookbay from your account's settings for business integrations or apps and websites, and request deletion. Meta tells us, and we give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
- By email: write to hello@kaojao.com with the subject "Data deletion" and tell us which account or conversation the request is about. We complete requests within 30 days.
Customers of a business can also ask that business to delete their conversation. Booking records a business must keep by law are kept for that period only.
